We are an organization built on volunteers. From the Board of Directors, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, to the Managers, we all have chosen to devote our time and effort for the benefit of the youth soccer program in Waco.

Want to make a positive impact on a kid's life? If yes, then coaching may be an avenue for you.
It doesn't take any prior experience, just a willingness to learn and share with young people. There are coaching courses offered through U.S. Soccer each season as well as online options. Learn more ...
VOLUNTEERS
VOLUNTEERS
We have several volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Volunteers must pass a background check to participate in any activities that involve the children.
Activities that we have offered have been field setup, painting the pavilion and goals, resetting nets, and complex cleanup.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
There are various positions on the Board of Directors. The Board is an active position helping coaches and teams in various tasks, as well as attending monthly meetings to help decide the pathway of the Heart of Texas Soccer Association.
